2. Terms of Service Agreement By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Should you disagree with any aspect of these terms, we kindly request that you do not use our website.

3. Vehicle Rental Services Artal Rent A Car Calahonda provides vehicle hire services under the conditions set out on our website. Vehicle prices and availability will be updated periodically.

4. Booking and Payment 4.1. Reservations can be made through our website. 4.2. Payment is made on the day the vehicle is handed over, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit card or cash within the legal limit. 4.3. Booking confirmation will be sent to your email address.

5. Rental Requirements 5.1. The driver must hold a valid driving licence. Drivers under 24 or who have held their licence for less than 2 years must take out the Novice Driver Plus.

6. Cancellations and Modifications 6.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. 6.2. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may result in price adjustments.

7. Liability Artal Rent A Car Calahonda accepts no responsibility for indirect damages, losses, or any incidents related to the use of the hired vehicle, except as provided by law.

9. Terms Modifications Artal Rent A Car Calahonda reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Málaga.
